I bought this game because the art is cute, a translator I trust worked on it for the english release and it has lesbians, what more to ask for.

It is by far not the game with the most epic story out there, it's not even very long, sadly. It has an enjoyable, a little ridiculous, plot, but the characters are super adorable and funny and I enjoyed reading it.
There is also an R18 patch for purchase linked on the official site, that adds an epilogue with ~spicy scenes~ after the ending. ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ There's no such scenes in the main game by default.

TLDR: I'd recommend it, has some cute girls, fantastic english translation and gorgeous artwork. Sadly not very long.

Campus Notes - forget me not. has an interesting story. It was a quick, fun read but I doubt it'll leave too much of an impression in the long run, sadly.
The characters were cute though, I liked them a lot.

The Lion's Song is a wonderful game and I enjoyed it immensly, though at the start I was a bit overwhelmed with what I should do. It's really quite beautiful, the art, the music and the storyline the episodes tell and also quite sad. There are different outcomes to each and every one, all playing together in the end as well, so be sure to check out the differences!

With steam pool officially releasing in English I was very eager to get my hands on it and see what it‘s about.. it was an interesting experience to say the least.

I can definitely recommend the game but please be advised there are very explicit and gruesome scenes in there, though they also give you a warning when starting the game. I played with the patch, and I‘d say you are definitely missing out on most of the game if you don‘t.. so..

The music and voice-acting was very good and the translation made it flow perfectly.

It‘s not too terribly long a game, especially after getting your first ending and consequently skipping already-read text it didn‘t even take me a full 5 hours to read, though that depends on your own reading speed.

Read sweet pool, especially if you want to support more of these games coming west.

Sound of Drop -fall into poison- was great, had an interesting story and a wonderful soundtrack.
I have never played the original so I can't speak for the changes but I enjoyed this version very much.
It was a fun experience, even though I dislike fish and, seeing as this takes place in an aquarium, some scenes made me quite squirmish, I still had a good time, getting to know the ~truth~ behind the initial mystery.

The only thing that really made me mad in the end, was the time it took to reload every single save for the massive amounts of bad endings, lol!

Anyway, I can wholeheartedly recommend this game to anyone, who's intrigued by the mystery and charming artstyle! I know I was and it didn't disappoint in the slightest.

This is the third Visual Novel by ebi-hime that I have read and I really love her writing!
She always takes the time to explain the reasons she's making a game and I think it's especially great this time around.

It's not a very long story but it leaves a very lasting impression, at least it did for me.
The artwork is nice, the music fitting and the writing superb!
So if you're interested in a VN that isn't all fluffy, which you have probably guessed by all the other reviews and pictures, then go for it. It's worth it. Just don't spoil yourself the ending, please.

If you like the Neptunia characters and Hack 'n' Slash games, I'd recommend it. Personally, while I love to hack and slash, I'm just a button-masher and don't really care for combos, and the game didn't expect me to. I was easily able to get through the stages, even the ones with thousands of enemies. Don't expect this one to have much of a story though, it's a spin-off for a reason.
If you're a completionist, prepare for some heavy Lily Rank grinding. Don't use the same two characters all the time, you'll hit Lily Rank 10 with them way too soon and there'll be more work later on. Trust me.
And be sure to save often! You don't want the game to crash after a heavy grinding session, just to have all your progress go down the drain, but maybe that's just my paranoia after experiencing this too often.

I've found it to be a fun game to relax with. And listen to sweet sweet Asami Imai's voice.

A very enjoyable read! The artwork is what made me buy this game in the first place and the writing is splendid.
It's well worth getting all the different endings, and the story is interesting!

Be careful to turn down your volume a bit though, eerie sounds do fit the atmosphere of the game but in some parts it was a bit painful (at least to my ears.)

I LOVED this game. I actually bought it at almost full-price, because I wanted to play it so much and it didn't disappoint, at all!
The artwork is great, the characters are charming, the storyline is nice and the way all of them interact is so cute and feels real. I thought I was done with the story when I found out that there was even more I could unlock when trying different choices and wow, I just. I love it so much.
It's voice-acted, the translations are good and the soundtrack is pleasing.

So if you're a yuri fan and want a sweet LONG(this didn't count my 12+ offline hours) story, this is the game for you!!

As someone who has seen the anime and cried quite a bit back then, getting the game was something I had planned for a long time. It makes me even more emotional than the anime, because obviously the game has way more to show for every character.
And while the artstyle may be a bit outdated, I don't really feel bothered by it and just enjoy the great writing this game has to offer. It's funny when it wants to be, and it's deep when it has to be and all around it's just a visual novel classic you shouldn't miss out on.

Also starfish are cute.

(It took me 69 hours to complete this game. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°))
