Great love letter to both the works of H.P. Lovecraft and JRPGs. The combat is a bit simple, but can get pretty interesting when you need to use the insanity system in the game, unfortunate that you can get through most of the fights without ever having to rely on it. The game is a little short, but I find that a lot of JRPGs tend to overstay their welcome and drag on a bit, so that didn't bother me at all. The biggest surprise about the game was the absolutely fantastic music in the game. I did not expect the soundtrack to go that hard. 7.5/10
