I apologize for playing with that 1 guy a while back, I have had a 99 aim rating on leetify before (when I played on 5:4 not 4.22:1) and I have hit shots like he was hitting before, + he had high level experience in another game as far as I knew and that made me give him a bit of benefit of doubt. you were absolutely right in hindsight that he was cheating though, not too long after you left that comment he was banned from the discord I play in and he recently got banned in the banwave. Sorry for ruining a couple of games for ya.
