Don't panic!

Hi im joe, whats writen at the top of this summary is a very impotant peice of advice and can often be seen as the first helpful or intelligible thing you will have read all day(or year, or in exeptionally bad cases, your life).

I have been terribly pleased that today is, for once, working out so according to plan. Only twenty minutes ago I decided I would go mad, and now here I am already chasing a sofa across the fields of prehistoric Earth.

I don't want to die. I've always got a headache. I don't want to go to heaven with a headache, I'd be all cross and wouldn't enjoy it.

Oh and I have a million ideas. They all point to certain death. FOR EVERYONE.
