cute 2 death! really fun, engaging! dlc plz? mods?

This is NOT a "skyrim" RPG. Think of it like a car, skyrim is an automatic and Divinity is a manual. Sure an automatic is fun and easy, but the manual is much more rewarding expirience.

LOVE that they brought split screen to this game. Absolutly awesome. I can't thank you Devs enough for this. local coop and split screen needs to make a comeback and this is a step in the right direction.

I've had lots of fun with this one and my only gripe is that the maps seems relitivly limited. Maybe I havn't played it enough yet, but it seems to me there is only one town in the 35 hours i've put into this.

I'm a HUGE Civ fan and this is strong compition for that.

If you've played the crap out of Civ and are looking for something new, this is your go to.
Don't expect it to be as addicting as civ, I wish it were, but it isn't.
That does't mean you won't find youself blowing through an hour or two without noticing... It just means that once you DO notice you've wasted your whole day, you can get yourself to stop.

This game captures me through its AMAZING soundtrack and the art style.

Combat, while different and certainly fun in many cases... doesn't always win me over. Sometimes it's too much to go through and when I set it to "auto" I feel the enemy has the upper hand and I lose more units that way, thus, I feel like have HAVE to play the battle out.

For the record, the games is totally worth the 30 bucks they devs are asking, BUT I also recommend getting JUST the game, you don't need all those expansions until you've played a full game and decide you want more. Me personally, I really enjoy this game and have the emporor edition, no way in hell will I be getting the rest of the expansions untill I see a good sale on them though.

Dispite many poor reviews, I decided to puchace the game anyway. Turns out the game is actually far more stimulating than one might think. It's not incredibly exciting however it IS incredibly addicting. For a game in beta, this is an exellent game to throw away some time too. There is however, far to much clicking - a problem I am sure will be attended too. If you are entertained by sculpting a world, creating a civilization, unlocking new abilities and expanding land, I would recomend this game.
