The first time I played it, KS meant a lot to me. I was fascinated by the maturity and naturalness it showed when dealing with some of the complex themes it proposes. It inspired me a lot.

I really like Hisao as a main character. Althought he adapts to the different routes, he is a well defined character, not just some brainless avatar for the player to manouvre through the plot. He has a personality, and makes decisions that may conflict with those of the player. He is flawed, but human. The only complaint I have about him is that he has too much influence on the lives of those arround him. But he is the main character, after all.

The rest of the cast is really solid, too. Even joke characters, such as Kenji, bring a great flavor to the mixture. But Rin, in particular, is perhaps the character I have most identified with, in any medium.

It's been a long time since my first playthrough. Now I'm replaying it for the first time, and the emotions are back with the same intensity. Nostalgia might be playing a role, but I'm really enjoying it.

I would recomend playing it in English. The Spanish version is alright, but it felt a bit clunky and unpolished to me. It may be because I'm not used to International Spanish, thought.

After >150h I've finally finished the tutorial.
The DLC looks amazing, but I'm not going down that rabbit hole (for now).

No olvidaré.

I've been following the development of this game for years. Since October 28, 2015 to be precise. My expectations have been growing over the years, but the game has lived up to it. I've played almost nonstop for 12 hours and I'm enjoying it like a child.
As I progress through the game, I'll develop this review, considering both strenghts and flaws, but I definitely recommend it
