the tutorial in Cuphead is by far the hardest ever created in gaming history... ok that's getting old :p

in terms of graphics, it's probably the most original platformer available.
old-school art style, gameplay and difficulty, superb controls, but don't be fooled by the 'childish' looks.

10/10 highly recommended if you are in for a cute challenge!

EDIT: Cuphead sold 1 million copies in just 2 weeks after release... if that's not saying enough... !

The End is Nigh... for the lifespan of your controller.

Truly one of the best roguelite first person shooter available on Steam!

Great controls, amazing level design, nice bosses, permadeath countered with a skill tree, 9 playable classes each with their own unique weapons and abilities, endless replayability, and above all a save-system like TBOI which allows you to save after each room you've cleared.

10/10 highly recommended!

a roguelike version of borderlands + fallout,
challenging gameplay in the beginning until you level up (with booz) and get stronger (or weaker, depending on your booz and decisions),
with the ability to build up a home where you can stash weapons and items for future runs,
and with a permadeath system where you lose all loot and upgrades, and have to start over again but you can use your weapons and items that you stashed in your home.
very fun and addictive gameplay!

Oh and don't read the S.O.B. cries, he is not a problem at all and i can't imagine the game without him. it's an extra challenge but also extra fun, because you know he is coming. I finished the game 2 times when writing this review and i fought him only 3 times in all those runs. You won't even see him most of the time, unless you run back to the start of the level for some reason after having cleared that floor.
