I'm completely guessing but xQc seems to be on high amounts of adderall. This is why he talks so fast (even being Quebecois) and can sit there and pump out game play for that long. He is the first streamer that screams adderall addiction for me personally. That drug has some pretty serious side effects eventually. I'm not sure how much he needs it or what he is like without it, but I'm 99% positive he uses a lot of it.
