Wonderful in every way. Likely the best DLC they've released so far besides maybe NSB. I don't think I even have any complaints about the DLC! Highly reccomend for anyone and everyone, even at full price

after playing for a little bit i can say that it's not bad

Don't listen to the bad reviews, I'd argue this is the best DLC for HOI4 and that all the changes are actually great. I've read people complaining about supply, but the new supply system is easy to use after a little getting used to. I've also read complaints about army XP that were just false. I played a game as Lithuania without mods and got several hundred army xp, and more than enough to get max doctrines, well designed tanks, divisions, etc, and all on a non-major.
Short version: just buy it!
