2022 update: Game is still bad

If this emotional sponge simulator wasn't part of a bundle then I would probably be mad for spending money on it.

This game is a joke.

Really good, I can say great concept for a game, the 4v1 gameplay sounds great a first, but then comes all the terrible gameplay decisions that have been made by the devs.

First of all, I didn't try the legacy Evolve but I heard you had to pay for characters even if you paid for the key.

Here you get 1 hero per class free and everything else is behind a paywall, OK, I can understand that, but then you get loads of different perks where all have 3 levels and all are behind a paywall, since the playerbase is small it's nothing strange that you play with people who are master seargant super seargant to the max level and you are just starting and (especially when you play the monster) can't do literally anything because you are too slow/vulnerable/dealing no damage. You can play a perfect monster game but then lose because you have level 1 perks and the Hunters are all maxed out. This game will be dead in a few months because of this, it's literally impossible to start as a new player without getting frustrated as hell. I recommend that you try the game to check out the different gameplay it offers but then you can just uninstall it. It only makes sense to play if you have 4 friends that are willing to play this game, because in a private match you get all the content, else just skip this game.

EDIT: So I was wrong about the content, you don't get everything in private game so I don't see how it makes the game better. Also I know that you can't buy perks with premium money but it still doesn't change the fact that it's pay to win, if you buy characters with Gold Keys then you have more Silver Keys to spend on perks, I don't think it's that hard to understand how it works but I see it is for some people.

Can't recommend, worst 79 cents spent.

The best sandbox ever, reall fun :) It was even worth to buy CSS to get content for GMOD, cause I don't play CSS anyway
