Pros:
Graphics: Looks great. I would compare it to being in between last gen consoles and new gen in terms of fidelity.
Gameplay: Very streamlined and cohesive.
Side stories: I feel that these got more attention than the "main" story.
Side quests/minigames: Fun, some are repetitive however.

Cons:
The "main" I felt was a bit lackluster. I wish that there was more of it. I beat the game very quickly after launch and haven't touched it much since then.
At launch there were a lot of bugs. Modern demands ruin a lot of games that could have been great. (A lot of the bugs have been fixed since then however.)

TL;DR: Good, updates have streamlined the experience to be quite enjoyable. Always hunt for deals but, this game is one of few that are worth asking price.

I own all of the borderlands games.

I enjoy this game because of the multiplayer features but don't leave out singleplayer, whether by yourself or with a friend, this game rocks!
