I love playing CS:GO because it clearly has no cheaters, the matchmaking is really balanced and fair, very nice and not rude at all players. If you are looking for a game in which you can have lots of fun, I strongly recommend Counter Strike Global Offensive. If you see a cheater (which is very rare) don't bother reporting him because it's a loss of time, he will continue playing like nothing happened.
