After years of wishing for a Monster Hunter game on PC, I can say with certainty that the wait was worth it. One of the best games I've ever played in my life, with continuous support and updates from the developers. Can't recommend it highly enough, just give it a try.

Update: Even five years after launch, the game is still amazing! High bar for the folks at Capcom to surpass!

A amazingly simple game at first glance, but with a huge amount of content - which was expanded severel times by the developers. Probably the best sandbox game i've ever played.
