You basicly just wait in queue. If you want to try the game you have to start the game and get in line 5-6 hours before you intend to play.

Customer service is next to non-excisting.
So many account / purchase issues that they wont even respond to.
They are basicly ripping you off, making you spend money on the game and wont even provide help.

*Correction, they will help if you have the patience to wait 6months for a basic email reply requesting more infortion. Which again will take another 6moths for them to reply to. You do the math.

At it's current state it takes about 45 min to get into a game. Better wait for them to fix this
