The game are fine, all class and most weapons are now viable. Although some weapons clearly still need some love to make it fun to use with. The game also still need many QoL updates, but seeing the game is actively updated, I think it's just a matter of time (this game have the potential to top Vermintide 2, which I will compare a lot in the detailed review part below).

What I most dislike about this game:
- Crafting 'lock' system
In short, when you refine your weapon there's a limitation of attribute that you can edit for that weapon. So creating the 'perfect' item you want is almost impossible. Although you can run 99% of the game offer right now with just a 'good' item. I believed this 'lock' system will be unlock later by the Dev as the game progress to retain their player base (kinda scummy, but I can see why)
- Scripture and Grim (Tome and Grim similar to Vermintide 2)
The developer think this is a good idea that every mission (minimum/at the very least) have a Scripture side mission is so stupid. There's no harm on doing so as it's very annoying if a new player know that getting the weekly to getting Scripture/Grim is a trap, that being said the next point is
- Weekly mission
I've seen a mobile gacha game have better weekly mission mechanic than this game. No point in limiting the weekly mission to just 5 missions active. Just make all the missions available to the player, and have the bonus of 'Completing all 5 weekly missions' thing to be adjusted properly with the new system. Player will appreciate this rather than have to reset to have the 'Easiest to complete' mission every week.
- Desync
Basically you hit the enemy in the head, got the sound cue of headshot, but the hit is not registered (happen in melee and ranged weapon). I think this is the price we need to pay because of Darktide dedicated server, but prior patch (13 & 14) have less accident of this happening (currently Darktide is on patch 15). Well Vermintide 2 have a problem of a laggy host, so yeah both games not perfect in a way lol
- Story
Well at least this is getting an improvement as time goes on, but right now the story is kinda 'below average'

What I like most about this game
- Both melee and ranged gameplay are so satisfying, the ranged combat in this game is definitely more significant in term of usage (because of the number of ranged enemies, especially in the highest difficulty) if you compare to VT2. If you prefer more melee combat, possibly you will like VT2 rather than Darktide.
- The talent tree right now is very good, not very complicated and the talent give you variety of effect that's unique (not just basic +basic attribute)
- Music is godlike, VA is also very good, sound cue and sound effect is good, but I believed some enemy sound cue need to have louder sound effect especially the Trapper
- The level design also very good and it's just so amusing if this is your first time experience WH40K
- The dialogue with each individual, there's a lot of unique dialogue that can be played randomly when you're on the level. And some dialogue is quite interesting if you hear it for the first time

Love the gameplay, good random generated map layout, and nice soundtrack. Better play in co-op rather than solo and one of the best community (rarely seen toxicity, trolls, etc). Game still updated with a very good content, last one added two gameplay modes which is a significant update to the game.

Cons to this game is the End-Game is not so innovative. You can fully unlock weapon overclock (some kind of upgrade system for your weapons) around 200 hours, and basically what's left you can unlock is cosmetics.

Fun with friends
