Just two levels in on NIGHTMARE mode and my heart was pounding. Heard a thud and looked to see that the cross on my wall was suddenly upside down, looked back at the screen and a demon tore my head off. Thumbs way up on this one.


Edit: I felt I should add a little more of why this game is so great. Concerning CAmpaign / Single player mode.

The graphics are just gorgeous and with my 970 on HIgh everything looks absolutely stunning.
The music and ambience is perfect.
THe action is non stop (especially on NIGHTMARE) and everything is so badass. There are so many ways to kill and it just doesnt get old.
The enemies and AI is superb. I've only played on NIGHTMARE and if you arent constantly moving you're dead very quick. I can only imagine ultra nightmare.

The ONLY thing I dont like is that you cant save at will. Its all checkpoint based.

IVe been playing FPS games ever since Wolfenstein 3D and this is one of my favorites to date. Amazing job by the developres. They earned this $60 and it was entirely worth it. BUY IT NOW!

I regret buying this game. The controls feel slow and glitchy. The audio/sound effects are just horrendous. And for a game made in the past year or so the graphics are terrible. I was willing to overlook graphics for great gameplay however this wansnt the case. IT does have a creepy feeling to the game but its just not worth it. I hardly ever regret buying games...this time I do. I was looking for a cool single player game to have a creepy adventure in and this falls so far short. I wanted to shut if off just 5 mintues into the game but I played for at least 15 minutes which was 10 minutes too long. I bought it mostly becuase of the good reviews.... here to warn others.... you may be sorely dissapointed.

This is the FPS I've been looking for. Play Terrorist HUnt on Realism and you will not be dissapointed! Absolutely killer gameplay and action. The suicide bombers sprinting at you are truly terrifying. With a great team its just so much fun and I'm so glad I bought this game. 8/10
