Alright, as I have over 450 hours into this game on record, I can give an in depth review of this game. Terraria is a great game with friends and alone. The amount of exploration you can do (primarily underground) is fantastic. You can run into dangerous traps, find epic loot in the strangest of places, explore crazy biomes unlike any other game. You can create housing for NPCs and trade them for some of the best weapons and crafting stations. The accesory system allows for some insane custimization options, while the vanity items slots allow you to have the best armor in the game and looks however you please. The sheer ammount of custimization alone and the options are impeccable. I recently did an incredibly long run of this game with my cousin.

We had trouble at first, even dying at the first boss: the Eye of Cthulhu (although you technically can fight the bosses in whatever order you please). We later got better suplies and, at the point we have gotten, can destroy the Eye with our eyes closed. Yes, one problem with this game is the lack of a tutorial, but you can just get a friend who knows the ropes or watch a youtube video to learn the basics. You will have to looks up what some items do, but the game explains them pretty well. The comedy with the NPCs is hilarous, the items can be funny, epic, and just plain silly. The bosses are tough at first, but once you get better items/skill, are fun and easy. Overall this game is unlike any other sandbox survival game out there, blowing Minecraft out of the water. I cannot reccomend this game enough. Just buy it!
