I rarely have bad opinions about games and I really wanted to give this a positive review, but I just can't.
I usually never stumble across game breaking bugs or even common ones, and when I checked what others said about it I really didn't think I would encounter literally all of them.

To start with pros, the only real ones are the fact that the idea of the game is quite okay for a clicker/idling game, the layout is unique (or at least less common as far as I know), and the soundtrack for some reason fits with the overall vibe of the game and its art style.
The problem is that the game is really, really grindy in the beginning until you are allowed to get walkers (basically auto-clickers), so you'll end up getting tired of the soundtrack too. As far as the rest of the game.. I don't know, because I came across a bug which was the final straw for me.
I finally managed to get one of those auto-clickers and left the game on while I had something else to do away from my pc, and when I came back, I saw it had crashed my steam client completly. Sure, annoying, but it wouldn't have stopped me. What stopped me was that when I started it up again, all my progress was wiped out. Almost 2 hours of manual clicking in the hopes of getting to a better part of the game, just gone.

In my ~2 hours of actual gameplay (the rest being idling before actually playing the game), the game crashed three times, two of those times causing my steam client to close completly.

The other bugs that I personally found were "bonuses" that appear every once in a while, which give you a bonus of nothing basically, just a text box that spells "BONUS" and sometimes fails to go away for much longer than intended. Also, as far as I played, every upgrade that you can make has a value that increases, but for some reason resets when it reaches a certain one, which in long term would make the game unnecesarily easy. I didn't even know what upgrades did in the beginning, or how to properly place things, because the only "tutorial" you get is basically "make money", with no further hints, neither in the beginning nor as your progress in game.

I'm not the only one who's encountered these bugs, I'm almost 100% sure no one has ever been able to actually finish the game (as in get all the achievements properly, if it doesn't have an actual ending). Someone suggested that maybe you could do it if you'd play the whole game in one sitting, but it might not even be possible considering it crashes randomly. You can look through reviews of lots of other unimpressed players or even just through the community hub, you'll see the exact same complaints, if not even more.

I'm really disappointed, because this had a lot of potential and I was really looking forward to playing it. Overall, this game is a good idea, but with a very, very bad execution.

PS: Just because a game costs only $1 it doesn't mean it's allowed to be completly unplayable.

The Wolf Among Us, where your favorite princesses from childhood fairytales are.. female workers. I'd say more, but these lips are sealed.

Even as someone who usually avoids platformers, I found this to be one of my favorite indie games.
The story itself makes it interesting enough to play, but, besides that, it also has certain settings that make you feel uneasy and even though sometimes you have to really search for hints as of how to advance in the game, it doesn't feel forced, because you will end up wanting to explore everything.

I wanted to start playing all of my Steam games, so I began with this.
Althought the novel's genre is not my type, after playing the first two chapters I kept thinking about the game through the day, and ended up playing the rest of it in one go. Wonderful art and voice acting, and the story itself is told interestingly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, even if they think they don't have the patience to read so much.
