Roll tide! Hell yeah brother

I love hamburgers. They're easily my favorite food. The few years I spent grilling them at a 50s style diner were the happiest working years of my life. I like to travel to other parts of North America to try new hamburgers, and always make sure I try them at least once in other parts of the world, because I want to see how people interpret the food. Last week, I ate no less than 12 hamburgers - I am not an obese man with an extra large appetite, I just love hamburgers that much. I have an almost comical appreciation for what I consider one of the most simultaneously simple yet complex meals ever created by man. I'm no snob, either - I enjoy carefully grilled burgers, and I also appreciate the recipes and processes that have gone into crafting mass market fast food burgers.
