I like to creep around my home and act like a gremlin.

I don’t know why but I just enjoy doing this. Maybe it’s my way of dealing with stress or something but I just do it about once every week. Generally, I’ll carry around a sack and creep around in a sort of crouch-walking position making gremlin noises. Then I’ll walk around my house and pick up various different "trinkets" and put them in my bag while saying stuff like “I’ll be having that” and laughing maniacally in my gremlin voice ("trinkets" can include anything from things I find on the ground to cutlery or other utensils). The other day I was talking with my neighbors, and they mentioned hearing weird noises like what I wrote about, and I was just internally screaming the entire conversation. I’m 99% sure they don't know it’s me, but god, that 1% chance is seriously weighing on my mind.

They like, um, sneak 'round their place and act all, you know, like a gremlin or somethin'.

I don’t really get it, but it's like, kinda fun for them? Maybe it's 'cause of stress or somethin', but they do it like once a week or somethin'. Usually, they grab this sack thing and kinda crawl around, you know, like a gremlin, and make these gremlin noises. Then they go 'round their house and pick up, like, random stuff, you know, little things, and toss 'em in their sack thing. And they're like, "I'm takin' this!" and laugh all crazy-like in their gremlin voice. The stuff they pick up can be like, anything from junk on the floor to forks and knives and stuff. So, like, the other day, I was talkin' to them, and they mentioned their neighbors hearing weird sounds, kinda like what they wrote about. And, oh man, inside they were just, like, freakin' out the whole talk. They're, like, 99% sure their neighbors don't know it's them, but, dude, that 1% chance is, like, really messin' with them.
