The most spoiler sensitive game of all time

If you're looking for a game where the people in your kingdom matter, where each have a name, a workplace etc like in the Cultures series back in the day or recently, Songs of Syx, this isn't it. The people here are just decoration and it really takes away from the immersion.

The new graphics are absolutely beautiful! And it managed to perfectly capture the original because it gives me this feel like "this is how I remember it" then you switch back to the original graphics and see "oh, it's actually a lot less detailed and lower resolution", but what it makes me feel and remember, is the same. And that's hard to pull off.

The only thing I feel missing is that the commentary "nodes" are not marked when you listened to it, and given that you can jump around in the game with gates in commentary node, it's very hard to make sure you listened to everything that's there.

After Lies of P, this game managed to create another true soulslike!

I literally can't play this game. I have a 4K screen and since you have no way of scaling the UI everything is too small. And I'd gladly lower the resolution but that doesn't work either! Text becomes extremely blurry, not to mention it doesn't even save the same resolution setting I selected. I set 720p it sets 1080p, I select 1080p it saves 12XX something. It's infuriating.

This is a good game, with some bugs and some mediocre optimization. But there is an idea behind it and I really don't believe it deserves the 54% it has now, it should be around 75%. Lies of P is a better, more solid game but this one worth playing if you're into soulslike games and already finished Lies of P.

This is probably the best non-fromsoft soulslike so far!
