This game is probably a milestone. For me at least. I'm not particularly following 2D adventure genre nor writing a reviews often, yet somehow I feel the need to contribute in this game's success.

This game feels both fresh and nostalgic at the same time. There is small trace of indie-ness with clumsy interface and lacking UI assets for 2K screens (it is supported fully, but UI is noticeably upscaled), but it is never an issue. Beat'em up aspect is really cool cause not only you can fight enemies, but you can use it to provoke certain reactions and interactions. The game is forgiving and I'd say encouraging you to try different approaches with loading times being incredibly fast.

As mostly competitive-MOBA player I can't be more satisfied with the experience that game gave to me. It is really cute yet brutal sometimes, deep thoughts, moral and ethical questions, engaging story and spicy action. Despite being only on the chapter 2 at the time of writing this review I'm already convinced that I would play this game again (and probably not once) for the rest of my life. Thank you

We will see more of ray tracing in years to come, but now this is the only way to see what it looks like to have true GI, true reflections and shadows in the same time.

The best strategy with worst community.
