I am still looking for the HEV suit

Nostalgia factor aint cutting it, it's ♥♥♥♥.
The only thing better than the originals is graphics and I sure hope a 130GB game released 15 years later has better graphics... Yet it also looks generic and average/bad for today.

It's pretty on the surface but once you dig a little bit you realise that it's more a sight seeing simulator than a train simulator. Controls are bad, cabs arent complete and objectives are way too forgiving. I'd be really pissed if I paid full price for this

game is kinda neat but it needs help. UI is bad, wiki is incomplete, goals are none and prospect is unclear. How far can you go? Is there more to discover? Why even bother to keep going if there's no need to once you're self sufficient and there's nothing else to see? Plus you spend a lot of time just juggling with items in inventories. I hope it gets better but seeing how it's been years i dont have high hopes

Gotta attach your seatbelt to catch on the story and don't be a fool and think it's gonna be a walk in the park but it's a good game. Challenging although sometimes up to a good rng, the challenge+ mode isnt unforgiving either with various checkpoints across a mission. And yeah, use your head, don't be like those idiots who rush head first and then come complain game too hard/not fun

Spent more hours in a van, tractor or sewage pumping truck than my summer car 10/10 would die again

Saved my republic by dumping waste water into the lake instead of disposing of it properly. Now I have to find why my citizens are getting sick tho

A good dark souls, a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ armored core.

+Story is aight i guess, a bit cheesy, bit shallow. However no matter your choices, the events are always the same. You can't push the balance over for a faction by specifically chosing their missions. The only difference in the branching which ending you get
+Graphics good, runs smoothly. UI is ♥♥♥♥ though
+The few actually AC boss fights are nice

-Lacks parts, a lot of parts. Your builds are actually pretty limited. Many weapons missing too
-Lacks any missions requiring you to adapt your build, which goes well with the lack of parts. At best you have to rethink your approach on a boss. Not a single mission requires you to bring a heat resistant build, long range build, flying build.
-Way less stats to deal with than before. No heat, no FCS type, no radar
-No tuning the little parts you have for even less builds
-Lots of dark souls like boss, learn pattern, dodge, multiple phases, melee heavy yadda yadda
-Tank legs absolutely useless, very poor control, somehow still able to trip with em. Only saving grace is high AP.
-Very repeating dialogue and comms setting is linked to UI voice so impossible to keep the UI and muting the radio chatter. Especially annoying mixed with the dark souls "die and retry" type of boss

Only grab if you want a dark souls with mech, not worth 60 bucks

It's one of those games that remain unnoticed for years, I wish it was more popular because it's great
