Grief is a feeling that unfortunately, we all will come around eventually and this game touches the subject with such care and beauty that removes the heaviness of such feeling When The Past Was Around is a beautiful game that shows you how to deal with loss.

Like a lot of people are already saying, the game design and storytelling behind it all it's fantastic, you can fell a lot of different emotions without a single text on the screen, it's amazing. The sound it's amazing as well, beautiful.

I can't get over the fact that they nailed the symbolism in this game and how everything is explained to you without actually having to explain (does that make sense?) The steps of letting someone go so you can free yourself of pain it's so well done. This game made me very emotional by the end, I loved it, amazing job guys!


Buy it if you want I short but amazing story and if you already played it and want some more, I recommend you Florence, an amazing game in the same style of art, gameplay, and story.
