I want to write a review of this game, but feel I need to give a bit more time to really grasp its full offering

Tranquil AF

Tales from the Borderlands rates as the greatest single player experience I have ever enjoyed. Loveable characters, hilarious dialogue and an engaging story come together to make it a joy from start to finish. 10/10

One of the best games I've played in years, and really is a masterclass in game design. The core game mechanics reinforce the atmostphere, and the sound design tops everything off perfectly.

A vampire dragging the corpse of a slain enemy off to execute and regenerate health. While the surviving human desperately tries to interupt the vampire flesh feast to avoid fighting a full health foe.

Humans huddle with their backs to eachother scouting for incoming vampires. They hear a snarling as a reaver prepares to pounce, but still cannot locate the enemy. A screech comes from above as an enemy swoops in to grasp a teammate. The sounds the preempt the action puts goosebumps on the humans back and then the action is swift and satisfying.

Simple game mechanics that create an erie and emersive atmosphere. It's fun to win, its brutal (but fun) to lose. Easy to learn, hard to master and all about teamwork.

The developers listen to their player base and present a fair model, I truly hope this game succeeds, but it needs an active player base to do so.

For a few hours I was totally emerged in a visually stunning game that plays through very smoothly. Easy to learn, hard to master (I never came close to mastering it), but well worth the time spent.

Such a polished karting game. Love all the game modes, has a high skill cap and beautiful visuals. Would highly recommend playing with friends or solo.

I played this on PC with keyboard and mouse (no controller). Generally I found the controls clunky and difficult to utilise. For me this was game breaking to the point I felt like I was testing my skills at using the controls, rather than testing my skills against the foes in front of me.

Absolute classic arena shooter. So many hours played through this series, and Quake Live really is the logical end point which no other games have been able to replicate.

Absolutely phenomenal game design. Definitely my favourite puzzles are the obscenely easy ones that take forever to figure out. A must try if you're looking for a game the forces you to view the world in a different way.
