Is there another secret world? FYI, Trueacheivements has labeled the Nice achievement on Xbox/Win10 as unobtainable and they have banned the only person who unlocked it for cheating to unlock it.

Do you mean we have to get a x10 combo BEFORE entering the 3rd level of a world (which seems impossible) ? Or was it just general advice regarding combos ? Killing everything from start to finish only leads to a x35 - x40 combo, which isn't enough.
