Pros:
-Eyemelting visuals
-Amazing story (especially Blood and Wine)
-Great voice acting
-Likable characters
-Not a steep learning curve for newcomers to the genre
-Hairworks
-Lots to do
-Great landscapes


Cons:
-Need a beast of a PC to run this game at Ultra 60
-Hairworks (performance penalty)
