Kill Knight unleashes the hectic combat of traditional twin stick shooters within a shifting arena in an incredibly challenging and satisfying way.

The gameplay loop is simple: pick your loadout consisting of a primary weapon, sword, heavy weapon, armor, and a trinket and then jump into the arena to try and see if you can survive the onslaught of both enemies and environmental hazards.

Shoot. Dodge. Kill. Repeat.

Kill Knight is easy to pickup, difficult to master, and will have you coming back for more if you don't mind a stiff challenge.

This takes all of the wonderful elements that made Elden Ring great and expanded on them. This is everything I could have hoped for. If you enjoyed the base game and want even more challenges, weapons, quests, bosses, and vast areas to explore, do yourself a favor and buy this.

If you are a fan of Mega Man X or Z series games and would love some Shatterhand and Bionic Commando sprinkled in, you owe it to yourself to play this. So much love and care was put into the animations, level design, sounds, music, and the customization of certain aspects of the combat.

I just finished this game for the second time and I have to say my first time through I struggled a little at the end, but I had no idea there were health and energy upgrades. I also wasn't using the hookshot correctly because I was jumping after every swing instead of just letting go of the button and swinging again.

If you want to save your left hand from pain, turn on "inverse" for running so it makes it a toggle. I held the button almost the entire first run and you don't want to do that.

Overall this game is just so damn good. I can't say enough good things about it. It's easily one of my new favorite games of all time. Buy it.

This game has a few things that could be tweaked (i.e. showing how many items are unlocked per each stage on the stage select screen, fixing some jarring screen transitions and grammatical errors), but overall I found the this title to be a lot of fun to run through. It takes inspiration from games like Shinobi III, Hagane, and the Mega Man X series, so if you like those types of games, this might be right up your alley.

It is also pretty short (I finished it in less than two hours my first time through), but I definitely enjoyed the ride.

This game takes me back to the days when I would sit and play King's Field for hours and hours just getting lost in its world. If you liked the King's Field or Shadow Tower games, buy this right now. It has a wonderful world of its own to explore with plenty of secrets, weapons, scares, and fantastic music.

Now that the game has been patched to run at 60fps, it feels so much smoother than it did when I played it before. There are a few things that I set in my Nvidia control panel (Framerate locked at 62fps and Vsync On) but other than that the game ran smoothly and kept my attention for the few hours it took to finish it.

I would say this is a fun little time killer if you like 3D/2.5D platformers. It's a pretty nice remake. It's not perfect, but definitely worth trying out.

This is a charming little platformer title with some surprises in store for the player. It's only about 30 minutes long if you aren't going for the A ranks in all of the stages, but the game being short doesn't diminish its fun-factor at all. Plus, it's only a dollar.

The only issue I had in game was that using a controller caused the camera to rotate eternally so I just used mouse and keyboard instead. This might not be the case for everyone, but just a heads-up.

Prodeus has plenty of great things going for it. It's got tons of monsters, weapons, brutal gore, a great soundtrack, thundering sound design, and a level editor with plenty of community made maps to play after you finish playing the incredibly fun campaign. So if you like old school retro style shooters, then snag this because I think you will have a great time with it.

I have been playing this for a few hours and I can honestly say this was exactly what I had hoped it would be. When I first started I was a bit worried because of how chaotic the fights were and how my character seemed to be lost in a sea of thugs. Soon, however, everything seemed to click. I realised that the dash button could be used for many great things, such as dashing through enemy attacks, slide kicks, as well as dash punches. Also that all of the different types of enemies have various attack patterns to watch out for so the game challenges you to stay on your toes.

It feels a lot like all of the old school beat-em-ups that I still play to this day and the Hotline Miami style spin on the violence makes for a much more brutal and gritty experience. I have seen a few people complaining about things such as dialogue length but that can be skipped by simply pressing a button. The checkpoints are also very forgiving and even though the game can be difficult, I never found myself upset where it placed me after a death.

I can say that the hyper-violence, bizarre sexual themes, and vengeful (as well as drug-fueled) story will not appeal to everyone, but those willing to take the plunge into this insane world should have a fun and bloody time.
