Oh man, I remember when I first picked up the game off of a friend's recommendation around 8 or more years ago. Honestly speaking, the game has aged really well and I've gotta say it's probably one of the better SRPGs I've played. The actual mechanics behind the game are pretty simple, but each game and each randomized/user created map always keeps it fresh for me.

I recently came back to the game a couple months back, and I was really excited to see that the community was still there playing and supporting the game - and on top of that, the development for the game as well as the modding community for the game was still there to help make the game grow. I'm really glad it's out on steam, so that more people can experience what a great game this is, and hopefully contribute to Wesnoth's growth.
