With trading skins, this definitely considered a lowball. However, people wanting to trade their items for keys may want them quickly and without a 7 day steam ban.

HOW DO I KNOW I CAN TRUST YOU?
I am not buying your items for real money, and if I were, I would be using a secure site like OPSkins. The only way that there is going to be mistakes in the trading is if one of us does not check the trade before confirming. So as long as you check that I am giving the right amount of keys, there is nothing to be worried about
