This game has been constantly evolving since I got in 2017, and only for the better. Every time I jump back into it, some new mechanics and content have been added, and old mechanics improved. If you like space-related stuff, just get this game already! And if you're not into space, you should still get this game.

AGK allows you to create video games more quickly than it would normally take with other programming languages. The language itself is pretty fun to code in, I would recommend it not only for beginners but also more experienced software developers like me. The reason for that is to get more familiar with the Tier 1 functions and the process of creating a game in AGK before switching to Tier 2 (C++) to have access to more powerful tools.

Overall I strongly recommend AGK to get started into video game coding, the assets packs are regularly updated (which I find is amazing as the developers actually add more assets to their existing packs instead of creating new packs and charge us more for those), the documentation is detailed and clear and there are many tutorials available online to get you started.

The only downside I believe is that buying AGK doesn't include documentation (unless you buy it in a Bundle, which is usually cheaper than buying AGK separately), and it doesn't include additional features such as the Visual Editor or the Shader, which I think should be included directly with AGK itself. I hope this will be adressed in the future, since the developers to listen to the users.

I'm going to be honest, I had severe doubts about this game at first. Ithought it would be similar to other games such as Terraria or Starbound, or that it would quickly get repetitive, but boy was I wrong.

After months of hesitation, I bought this game, this masterpiece, on a night when I was drunk, and I have to say it's probably the best thing drunk me did in his entire life. One day I'll sit with my kids and tell them good things can happen when you're drunk.

To make this review short without going into boring detail, this game is simly amazing, the attention to every unique detail is impressive, whether it is the villagers' habits with each season, their dialogue depending on the level of friendship with them, their personality traits, the variety of animals to raise, the different crops, the design aspect of the farm to maximise your farming space, the choice of crops to maximise your income, the possible upgrades, the random events, the soundtrack, the mining, the fighting... everything is just perfect! It's rare for a game to get all of this right, and what's even more impressive with Stardew Valley is that it was fully created by one, single, talented guy. So I thank you, ConcernedApe, for this special gem, and wish I could thank you in person and learn from you, being a software developer mysefl.

If you are still reading this review, I have no idea what you are still waiting for to buy this game. Like seriously, i'm not f***ing joking, go buy it now.

This game just keeps improving it's crazy! Approximately a year ago I wrote a negative review, but now this game definitely deserves a positive one! I restart a new game every few updates to see the changes and they're always worth playing! Hopefully a multiplayer mode some day would make this game a masterpiece...

Big thumbs up, I had my doubts at first but this game is actually really simple and yet really fun to play with your friends, I really recommend it if you're looking for a fun game to play with friends!

What a game. As of episode 3, the game just gets crazy. I mean seriously crazy, I feel empty now that I finished the game. You get really attached with the characters as the game goes on, and the plot twists are just intense.

PS: I never cry, like literally never, and that game managed to make me cry a bit, so just for that 10/10!

Loved it on iPhone, loved it even more on PC. Highly recommend this game, it has Workshop and is being constantly updated by developers. The new multiplayer mode is a great addition to this game!

Good strategy game to play with a friend for a few rounds, worth the price.

In love with this game. Started playing thinking it was impossible so I kept playing and now I'm actually quite good and was able to beat the first, second and fourth level. But I'm still stuck on level 3 and can't get past 40s!
