After looking at my friends list and wondering "who the hell are some of these people" I realized people probably do the same for me after changing my name so much. Here is a little history to help.

Quake III - played as Slick WIlly on rail & hook servers
Wolfenstein/CS/DoD - can't remember own name
CS:S - played as MysteryMeat. I ran the OPC server with custom maps and my own custom C++ plugins (admin, map rating, cron, weapon restrictions)
TF2 - played as Slick WIlly/LOL JESUS/ACTION JESUS

I think it could be developed further also regarding helping people play other modes and also learn how mvm was formed. Like have lists for people willing to play whatever mode. The inbalances that now occur tho will alienate most newbs from even trying. Ie stumbling in on last wave weirdness sniper fest etc etc.

most sites usually pay for 1K views or cpi. that includes posting.. and you have that happening every minute. potentially.... :D

With the amount of salt that gets posted each day on the forums that would generate to some nice CPI :D

If its a cost issue with the server have you thought about placing some small ads on the site to generate you some revenue? If you are able do you think you could release the source code so someone else can continue to run a ladder site?
