Okay, with the normies out of the way, if you play MVM with me, you should know that I'm against kicking unless someone is either:
-throwing the game intentionally without reason
-cheating
-refusing to kick cheaters
-idling

I've a policy of protecting the newbies so they can continue playing and hopefully, keep picking up TF2 consistently.
