Terrible game, i thought there was going to be more infernal stuff, instead one goopy alien, one poop monster and half a torso, if you get hit by one single shot you die, and go back to level 1 , no power ups and the same music loops after 20 secs, with a very bad cut, at least the game gave me a taste of inferno with looping the music and impossible gameplay. nice graphics tho but very basic the eye of the thingy was poorly drawn and literal no backstory nor voice. dont expect anything, i bought this when it was 90% off but its not even worth that. spare yourself from hell and avoid this.

i played braid back in 2012 and i instantly felt connected to the theme because i was going through my first relationship, now 10 years later im with someone else, someone also great, incredible to say the least but i feel everything is falling apart and we cant seem to put the puzzles together, Braid really hits me hard, after 10 years feels like the first time I played it and the emotions it evokes are renewed, I always wished I could share this wonderful game with her but i know that will never happen because she refused when i tried to show her, she sees games as pointless and wasteful so this will be forever a window to my heart that she never bothered to look at, similar to the theme, the feeling that maybe things could have been different and we could revert what we did or said is so amazing, what if we could actually be rewarded from really experiencing guilt remorse and learning from that experience truly understanding that what one did was wrong and instead of being beaten down again for the mistake at least be given that, the fact that one can learn from mistakes and be forgiven.

Ok game, definitely nicely put together however I had to play it with cheat engine on with speed x2 bc its so slow its boring.

now that the start on launch problem has been solved, this software is incredibly cool, makes your PC look all nice when booting up on a large screen.

I just finished Half Life: Alyx , it renewed my faith in this world, in gaben and in the Half Life games that i always kept safe in a nice warm place in my heart.

Since the part where they say they're containing something its an obvious hint that the Gman is kept there but man, I have never experienced a game like this im in shock and in so much awe that this game went the way it did, now I fully understand why the VR was so necessary. Again its a groundbreaking step for the game industry in leading it towards improvement after a very stalled market where consumers are not expecting better things and got used to it, but no.
Valve once again has shown that there are doors that need to be opened in order to further develop this wonderful way of storytelling , im so glad im alive and in a position where I can enjoy this privilege of a game, im humbled.

There is so much that needs to be said about this game, starting from the very much longed for release of a new title, but for all of those who waited including myself and never lost hope that it was going to come out, I know its not Half life 3, but does that even matter, every half life game ive played, ever since I was a kid, days playing with my friends hl deathmatch, then when hl2 came out I remember asking my dad to lend me his PC because it had the power to run it, that game changed me, the countless hours it took me to pass the canals with the airboat, or the other countless hours I went down corridors of Black Mesa hacking the crowbar at every enemy found.

And now I've been able to experience this in Vr, what a wonderful time to be alive.
