Play with people you know. In Discord. Most fun I've had with a game in a long time.

Bare bones. Feels a little too early for Early Access. will be keeping my eye on it in the future, but for now I can not recommend.

This game has no business being so much fun. Recommend you play with friends with collision turned on for max entertainment.

Never has a game touched me the way Rust does. It touches something primal inside, that genuine "fight or flight" response. I've never played anything like it. It is now out of early access and the devs are still heavily involved in active development. I take frequent breaks, but always come back to Rust. Easily the best $20 I've ever spent in my life.

If you like free-roaming FPS/RPG games then you have most likely already played this game. If you haven't then I envy you! You are one purchase away from hours of entertainment. A staple PC experience.

The sequel fixes all the little problems from the first game. A much more streamlined experience. The story and 'echoes' found all over the game world are very interesting and add so much personality to the game. One of the best games I have played this year.

Until Left 4 Dead 3 has been released and includes all of the content from this game...I will never uninstall it.

I finished the campaign this week. Along the way I opted to upgrade myself part-by-cybernetic-part, trading my humanity in for better stats. From the beginning, the game makes it appear the choice to upgrade or not is an important decision. The upgrade station gives you a running % of how much of your humanity is left and other characters will attempt to persuade your decision for and against. Ultimately it doesn't matter. I finished the game with 20% of my humanity left (I missed the chest upgrade somewhere along the way), and it affected the ending in no discernible way.

Space Siege is an enjoyable game. Combat is fun and satisfying. Finding parts for and upgrading your robot buddy HRV adds to the game in a good way. The story throws a couple of twists your way and provides good motivation for your character minus the plot holes left by your choice of cybernetic upgrades.

Having said that, I can only recommend Space Siege to fans of the genre. It does nothing truly spectacular. An average game. Get it on sale or not at all.
