It's the amount of hits it takes to beat the dust2 boss on various difficulties. 64tick is what people typically would consider "standard" but the elitists of this subreddit community, think it should be 128tick (like it was in Counter-Strike: Source, and Counter-Strike 1.6)
Personally for me, I think we could compromise and meet somewhere in the middle, like 102tick but that's just me.[/i]
