The game is great and the developers have put much passion into it. I am glad that they backed down on the PSN requirement but not happy that it required so much backlash.

I hope to see them step in and correct behavior from their CMs as some of them weren't expressing themselves with their communitys wellbeing as first priority.

10/10 experience so far, some optimization issues with stuttering around Hogwarts but all around a fantastic experience in beauty, story, and gameplay.

I suggest you stay away from the community forums (on steam) and Twitter regarding the game. I had the story spoiled unfortunately by someone screeching (there are several), however, I get to experience it nonetheless.

It's an alright game.

OLD: Extremely disappointed, didn't even release with basic functions such as a scoreboard. "Way ahead of schedule" is what we were told. Stay away from this hot pile of garbage.

NEW: Although I will never forgive them for their disastrous launch with a bare-bone game, missing features, and outright false advertising of it being the next BF4, I must say that since they published their first season and until now, their third season, they have shown a lot of effort into revitalizing their game. It's not BF4, but I've found myself coming back to the game over and over again and having a really fun time.

Though I feel as if there's still a lack of weapon options and modifications, that's hopefully something that they'll work on solving. The new and updated old maps are fun but can get boring quickly, I am looking forward to seeing BF2042's take on Operation Locker/Metro for those who want a CQB kick.

Overall, I feel that I can now recommend the game, at least when it's on sale. There's still a lot to be done, but it's looking positive for the game and those who enjoy it!
