I crave CS:GO
Hello everyone, this is Dante... and I am an CS:GO addict.
After I've obtained my 5 year sobriety badge, everything went downhill after I've met a set of people which is now very hard for me to refer them as "friends". These individuals started to engage activities very similar to the CS:GO such as Ring of Elysium and PUBG. Back then I was such a fool to not notice the outcome of these malicious activities.
But here I am, an addict...
standing in front of these young and clean minds, with an addiction going on for over thirteen hundred hours. One may start to calculate already, let me save you from the burden, it is more than 50 days of my life. 50 days of youth, wasted with these un-intellectual uneducated primates.
So gentlemen, don't do it. The feeling of a headshot through mid-doors at the start of the round is great, but in fact, it is an addiction. That adrenaline rush when you defuse the bomb with 0.01 secs left on clock, saving the round and hear your enemy cry on the global chat is amazing, better than common street level drugs, yes. But, to be honest, it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ addicting.
I was newly wed, we were expecting a baby. I had a nice car and we were applying for mortgage. But this disease, stood in between, between all the good things and now, as a 28 year old with 7 years of addiction going on, I can't resist the urge to write in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ whatsapp group chat, just to see if anyone is willing to share the same guilt when I go back home. My only motivation to keep going is to play one more round, one more defuse and one more headshot in this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ silver elo.
