My PC is on fire

after enabling 1 Mod, it deleted the Empire Faction, and made so much stuff get f**ked up, if you know why this is happening please help, I just put $90 into the game and I dont want to lose all of it-

I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but please find a way to fix this because I dont want to have wasted $90 to lose a large portion of the game...

The game is pretty amazing even for a beta, the only troubles I've seen is that the Combine Dropships go out of screen render distance so you cant control them, and that Standard Antlions cant get stuck if they launch at a target and end up in the same spot.
The Antlion error is easily fixable, as by burrowing all of them, then unburrowing 2-3 of them at a timing, it's easy to fix in-game but if possible could you fix it?
Thanks anyway, the game is fun to play during my free time.
