Gameplay is very similar to the first game but somewhat more refined. The campaign experience (so far 11 hours in) is leagues better than the first game. The cutscenes are very well made artistically. The game is on point if you like RTS games with a lot of tactics involved.

The planet broke before the guard! Cadia stands!

Lots of fun and feels like it has a lot more of a point than Planet Coaster. Nothing against that, but with coaster I always felt like I had an empty canvas with no clue what to do with it. With Planet Zoo's franchise system and the fact that you have to care for the animals you bring in, it's a lot easier to pick and choose what you want to focus on and actually enjoy the gameplay loop.
Also I learned more about animals in 5 hours of this than any zoo visits. Nothing against zoos, but there's something to be said about interactivity, and the fact that there are REALLY well done zoopedia pages that you have to skim through if you run into a really complex issue with your animals like their male to female ratios being off.

So much replayability with a great approach to DLC. The gameplay is always fun and extremely satisfying and when you find the hero that you like, slicing or slamming through hordes of rats is so good.

Really fun game, diverse guns, interesting powers, really interesting lore with a decent set of characters. Great game alone, even better with friends. There's PvE content at any difficulty level you like as you progress through the game, and there's so much content in the game that it always feels like there's something else to do.

The only downside I'll mention is that new player experience was decent before the move to steam but it's really messed up now, so find a friend or a youtube channel that can introduce you to the game!

Almost half the game is F2P too, so play through that to see if this is a game for you before you buy the DLC.

It's like PvE Eve Online. Except it has walking in stations and ships, with a lot simpler combat, and the main focus is the corporation/empire/thing you build up. At least that's the way with about 20 hours of play from me. It's also not at all as buggy as other reviews make it out to be. I've ran into only a single bug that needed a reload and fixed itself.

One of the best games I've ever played that makes you feel like a space ninja cutting and shooting your way through hordes of enemies. Besides that, the F2P model of the game is one of, if not the best in the industry, and the constant updates from the developers keep the game refreshed, by constantly adding diverse new content that sometimes even expands on the gameplay itself.

Such an amazing fulfillment of the fantasy RTS genre. Be sure to save replays of your large battles and go watch them later. Not only is the game fun to play, but the battles look absolutely amazing!

Runs well on my toaster. Has no issues. Is a lot of fun.

Go forth and spread the words of chaos.

Fantastic combat. Variety leaves a bit to be desired but it's incredible fun. The world design and the lore is awesome.
