Heart of Stone ~ 8.5/10
Blood and Wine ~ 10/10 (adds a whole new area to explore, new music, new enemies, and much more. As others have said before, "it's like a new game".)

If you like challenging games then this is the game for you and friends. BIG issue with cheaters that camp noob areas just to ruin your fun by invading into your game, but other than that I can say I enjoyed the game so far. (Cheaters are not people who are not just higher and ruin your fun, but people who cheat items in and have the ability to do A LOT of stupid crap).
