Predehrejeme troubu na 170-175 stupnu. V mensi misce pripravime mouku, dobre promichanou s praskem do peciva, jedlou sodou a soli. Ve vetsi misce dobre naslehame cukr s maslem, pridame vejce jedno po druhem, primichame banany a vanilkovy extrakt a jeste jednou dobre zamichame.
Na konec stridave pridavame mouku s mlekem a uplne nakonec pridame mandle.
Predem pripravenou chlebickovou formu (velikost (priblizne 25 cm x 13 cm), nebo jakoukoli formu na babovku vytreme maslem, (i tu teflonovou) a prendame pripravene testo do formy.
Peceme priblizne 60 az 70 minut. Kdyby nahodou vrch chlebicku zacal moc hnednout, prikryjeme volne formu pecicim papirem. (Vzdy zkousim spejli, jestli je to dobre propecene)
Chlebicek nebo babovku vyklopime na pripravenou mrizku a nechame vychladit. Muzeme servirovat s trouchou slehacky, kousky bananu a mandli. Dobry je vsak i uplne bez vseho s doborou kavou.
