I know that you needed me for help to fix h1z1 white screen, but i really can't help you at right this time because I've been busy so much and I also going give you little bit steps how to fix it.

1) Go to Library and click properties.

2) Click Local Files.

3) Click Browse Local Files and delete all files.

4) Reinstall H1z1 it probaby will works.

Even if it works then I really couldn't help you so much because it probaby your graphics card issue and need for update driver. I'm legit to telling you the truth I had white screen and it was hard for me to fix it so i finally fixed it by myself that I gave you some steps that I fixed it.
