I love Dota, but the game has become nothing but a cesspool of toxic smurfs trying to stroke their tiny egos and Valve does nothing about it.

Trying to get friends to play it leaves them nothing but frustrated over it, because they have to play unranked for 100 hours as they get completely rolled. They can't plat bot matches because they are a joke that teach them nothing about really playing since all the bots do is ball up as a team and roll over them as their AI teammates run around in circles..

Just another "roguelike" that attempts to be difficult, which a challenging game is great, but in reality they just make the game overly imbalanced from the start. The enemy hitting you so hard that two hits kill your characters, while you only hit them, max, for maybe a quarter their health if you get a crit. A challenging game is fun, but a game where you can't even get started in a run before losing your characters is anything but enjoyable. So here I am again, one fight out of the inn, just getting started and playing with three of the four characters you start with... real fun!

Just like the 1st game, the game ramps up way too quickly, so you are playing from behind the entire game. You'd have thought the devs would have taken some of that feedback from comments on FtK, but nope. Fighting OP NPCs that hit you for double or more the damage you hit them for, items/herbs prices ramping up to insane prices for a healing herb that doesn't heal for near its worth. I like the games concept and I like a challenging game, but not one that feels this unbalanced.
