Within minutes from the first scene I do not hear half of the dialogue sounds.
What a trash game.
i7-6700K, GTX1080ti, 16 GB RAM.
Waste of 40 USD.

The first minutes of story should be informative.
I have just spent 30 minutes trying to melt the snow throwing matches into the ground, standing against walls of snow, etc.
In the end I realized that you have to do it at campfire, but the game does not tell you this.
I am glad I did not pay full price for such low quality single player content (got it cheap at HumbleBundle.com).
Guess I will get back to Subnautica, at least there everything is clear from the start.

They expect you to fight a "boss" in a 2X2 square meter room while not checking the health meter, after fighting a long battle.
Lets say, you end up the battle with 5/100 HP, then you will have to fight with 5% HP against the boss.
This is only one of many incredibly frustrating and rediculous issues this game has.

At last, a beatufil, interesting, atmospheric survival game that does not involve multiplayer in any kind in a survival game.
This is my first survival game and I am glad that I have picked Subnautica to introduce me to this genre.
People vote now in the forums to add multiplayer game, but I vote with my positive review to the devs - DONT.

Amazing game, I will keep playing it for many dozens of hours more.

Although the single player content does exist, and the developer claims it has the first "Act", it is a lazy copy paste of the skirmish feature with one sentence dialogue at the beginning of the level, another dialogue when the enemy detects you, and third dialogue at the end of the mission, and the funnies thing - you have no idea who is talking.

Because the fact that the campaign is basically skirmish with different maps, it has an AI of a skirmish, and not an AI that is tailored for a normal RTS single player campaign.

I will explain. In every RTS game campaign, the difficulty and the AI limits it self in order to introduce the player to the game's world, and raise the pace with each new mission.
This does not exist in Forged Battalion. The AI is ruthless, even on Medium, which is a default difficulty.

The gameplay is OK. I would say, its even more than OK. But you cannot enjoy it if you prefer single player RTS games, because there are no cutscenes, no briefing, nothing.

Buyer beware - if you like RTS that focus on single player, avoid this game. There is no single player at all.

The scaling to 4K is a mess.
I have a high end system i7-6700K, GTX1080ti, 16 GB RAM, and when switching to 2K/4K resolution, the loading times can be few minutes.
I am very dissapointed at this final version that costs money, as I remember having much more fun with the free mod version when playing on an older system.

The first weapon, the crowbar, is located completely at a different place than I remember, and it causes you to wonder if you missed the spot and you walking wasting your time throught the first corridors after the disaster (the event that started the invasion) - it just messes with your head.

Thankfully I got this game with my HumbleBundle monthly subscription and I know at least that my money was spent on a donation to people who needs the money.

After spending 60+ hours in this game (including other devices) I can say that it is worth your money.

I have developed serious addiction to this game, and I think that I need proffesional help.
I stopped playing another games, stopped watching TV series, food lost its taste. All I want is to get back to this game ASAP.

Not sure if it is a bug or annoying game mechanic, but I have spent 3 hours trying to build 1, ONE, واحد ,אחד roller coaster and just failed at it, because no matter what length I tried to build, it is always, at the near end says "You cannot build more", no matter if the length is 1 Kilometer total or 500 meters long.

I do not remember such limitations in RollerCoaster series.
The game needs to be somewhat realistic, I do not argue with this, but ultra realism just ruins all the fun.

I have cleared my weekend schedule and tried to enjoy a game that I have enjoyed when I was a kid (RollerCoaster series) but at the end of the day I felt emptiness like I have just lost few hours of my life for nothing.

Cannot play the game because no matter what resolution I try, the game aspect ratio is wrong and the view is zoomed in.
Waste of 10$ (thankfully I payed 2$).
