If you want a game that has neat graphics and visual effects, an interesting way of presenting its story through multiple endings that also encourages exploration and replaying levels, you're in luck! These are all the things this game does.

However, you want that story itself to actually be interesting, coherent and well written; You want well written characters to go along with that story; You want the combat that repeats itself again and again to feel impactful, satisfying, fluid, or fun; You want the game to run well and be well optimized; You want good humour that isn't based on references alone half the time?

Then, I'll have to say, you won't be in luck with this game.

While the story is presented in an interesting way through multiple endings and the constant need for you to make choiches, none of the choices, even if they are of sacrificial nature, feel very impactful or bring out strong emotion.

While the graphics and visual effects are quite good for the assumed budget and manpower that went into this game, the HUD looks second-rate at best.

While it's good that exploration is encouraged, the level design is fairly linear, and oftentimes doesn't allow you to go back even a single screen, so if you miss something but immediately pick up on it, it might still be too late.

The fact that you're dragged into combat basically every 30-60 seconds while you're on a "mission" doesn't help either, as the combat is (reasons mentioned above) very stale.

It's also incredibly short. After just over 4 hours of gameplay, I've gotten 32/37 Achievements, and I've finished the story (which translates to "I played through four different stories to finally be able to finish the game with a good ending on the fifth try").

In short: If you got this game for free (like me!) or for a very low price, check it out, and see for yourself if you agree with the points I've brought up.
But if you're thinking of buying this game for more than half its listed price, I would recommend you look elsewhere.

If you want fun and fluid combat, check out the Devil May Cry series.
If you want the whole "multiple endings that stack on top of each other" thing done well, check out NieR:Automata.
If you want a gorgeous indie look with satisfying combat and a well-written story, check out Bastion or Transistor!

This is a really good licensed YGO game. It has some minor issues, but dueling and aquiring and collecting cards is very fun.

This might be the best game in the Devil May Cry Franchise, but the PC port is absolute garbage. If you own a PS3 or PS2 and haven't played this game, go get it, it's definitely worth it if you're into Hack'n'slays with cocky protagonists, but don't get it on PC.

I was surprised at this game. I didnt't paly Arkham Asylum, so I didn't know the developes could actually make good batman games, so as a big Batamn fan, I was scared, of course. Then I played the game - and it was amazing! The story is better than you'd expect, it has a few good twists in it. Movement and Gameplay, fighting as well as climbing/flying, is really good and easy to learn. The upgrade system, including some of the upgrades themselves, is really enjoyable and well programmed. So get this game, maybe not even only if you are a Batman fan!

Wow, just Wow. Without a doubt the best entry in the AC-series until now, including AC1 (personal opinon though). It has many cities, from which all are alive and there is always something to do apart from the main story, which is, lets be honest, great. Ezio is a really cool guy, you like him and have sympathy for him at the same time from the beginning on. So if ´you didn't already play this game: Shame on you! It's cheap, it's fun, it's brilliant, go get it :D

This is a really funny game with good mechanics and fair weaponry, including good and bad, but very numerous maps. The Mining mechanics combined with the possibilty to shoot people at the same time can make for some good moments.
