I originally gave this game a terrible review, but after coming back to it, I found that the key is to play with a controller.

I am playing it on my steam deck, and I have to say that ESO is now incredibly fun! I guess certain games just feel better on controller, and this is 100% one of them.

Also, I complained a lot about poor selection of cool mounts in the crowns shop compared to WoW, but that seems to have been fixed!

With these revelations, and with Blizzard stagnating and not offering Deck support, ESO has become my new permanent MMO.

In a sea of 2/10 MMOs, ESO shines as a 7/10
