Was constantly suggested this title, but was put off by what looked like a clunky UI. Finally decided to give it a try and absolutely fell in love with the game. Its a brilliant take on a survival game and the UI is easier to understand and use than I originally thought. Once I learned some hotkeys I felt totally in control of the game. Still have yet to survive past the helicopter, though the idea of building a late game base and surviving for months keeps me trying character after character.
My only negative thing to say about the game is that when you create a new world and change the mods you're using it always resets the difficulty to apocalypse if I had previously set it to custom sandbox, which happens often since the difficulty settings are the top most item and the mods the bottom most. That however is very forgivable seeing how it doesn't relate to the gameplay in the slightest
