Played since Beta/Early Access. (Purchased 7 Aug, 2014) This game is amazing. Despite my hours played the 600 hrs I have played have been one of the best. For a game that has basic 3D models the gameplay is still great 11/10

I have already been playing this game for quite long. The only thing I have understood so far is that the balance in the game is so unfair that the 100% OJ should be given as an example for the term “unjust” in the dictionary! Achievements are another headache. I wish you good luck if you ever try to collect them all.

Still, even though I sometimes really want to uninstall this game and forget about it for the eternity, for some reason I cannot do it. It is challenging, sometimes entertaining enough to make me stay awake for 2-3 more hours after midnight, the characters are cute and have quite different abilities (and this definitely enhances the gameplay). There are lots of various maps to play on, dozens of skill cards to use (and CPUs will use the worst ones on you for sure). However, your luck is just so random here! You will lose one step away from victory all the time, your stars will be stolen by devious Poppo, Tomomo will KO you every single battle, and it is just impossible to describe how evil the bosses are – they can kill you with just one hit no matter what your stats are.

The gameplay is a bit difficult to describe due to insane randomness of all events. You are just trying to survive, collect enough stars or kill enough enemies and then run to your home base without dying every single turn. Being able to play with friends is the best part for sure because then you can at least predict some of their movements. All in all, there are a lot of things to experience in this game. Is it worth it? If you have steel nerves, then yes, absolutely! If you are as weak and competitive as I am, then no, avoid this game like a fire! It will take your soul away.
