A somewhat wacky but serious submarine simulator/action game full of lore and interesting tidbits. Quite unique with its game play and concept, I do not think I've seen any similar games.

Solo this game can be pretty frustrating as the AI is not the best out there, it has received a ton of improvements throughout development and is much better now than what it was, however the game is made to be played with real people, thus playing with friends is HIGHLY recommended.

With friends the game is an absolute blast as you each take on your own roles inside the submarine in order to stay alive and keep your submarine operational and prevent it from sinking to the bottom of the abyss. The game is highly moddable and there are a lot of really good mods out there that add even more content to the game than there already is, you can make your own submarines and play with them in single/multiplayer.

Overall I'd say if the game is on sale, you should get it. Full price is a bit iffy

Boring alone, if you don't have friends who play this game don't bother.

With friends this game is an absolute blast to play! There is so much fun you can have with 4 players in the game, the game has a lot of bugs and glitches but in most cases those just add to the fun of the game so there's not much to fear from them.

You should most definitively be playing with headphones on, also a mic is a MUST HAVE when playing.

The game's atmosphere is really great, the sounds are immersive and rain makes you feel cozy inside, go near a window during rain and you'll get goosebumps probably. If you're not getting a heart attack by the ghost that is

Learning the patterns, distinct ghost behavior and speed values can be extremely rewarding for serious players and casual players alike. The learning almost never stops, you can be level whatever hundred and still be learning new things every day you play.

The Idea is there, the framework for a great game is there and the basic gameplay loop is all there, But it's unfinished, left in the middle of its infancy to fend for its own in this cruel world. As it stands the game is not worth your money, not by a long shot

Main features of the game are half finished and some things simply aren't in the game that should be. Quality of life does not exist and animations and AI are extremely lacking, if the game gets more updates in the future I will update this review accordingly but for now; A promising concept and a very good skeleton of a potential game that's simply left out to die.

Nörthgärd is a very enjoyable albeit horribly balanced chill slow based RTS that mainly focuses on your ability to sustain your economy while conquering tiles of land and trying not to die to the elements and neutral enemies.

The game has many different playstyles for many different players with its rich selection of playable viking clans that each have their own gimmicks, benefits and negatives.

The DLC for the game are less DLC and more p2w seeing as many of the DLC clans are direct upgrades to the original clans, whether it be the DLC clan of the squirrel being a direct upgrade to clan of the goat, or DLC clan of the dragon being a direct upgrade to clan of the wolf. These paid DLC clans can and will show up against you in your games whether you own the DLC or not, so that's always "fun".

At times the game can get extremely slow, which can be a turn off for some people, but for the most part the game moves at a steady moderate pace. Micromanaging combat is a must for any experienced players to avoid tug of war stalemates.

Overall, a very good not too fast paced RTS game that can suit any playstyles you might have. I highly recommend reading through each clan's benefits and negatives prior to choosing who to play as knowing the ins and outs of each clan not only helps you choose who you will enjoy playing but also how to counter your opponents.

The game has online co-op which is tons of fun against the AI, the online PvP however... Don't touch it, just don't.

A very middle of the road story rich game, If you like xcom you'll probably enjoy this, they are almost two sides of the same coin
Slow going turn based game with somewhat decently customizable mechs

My biggest gripe with the game Is the inconsistency of damage, you can shoot an enemy on the same part of their mech for 2 turns straight with 4 units, releasing absolute armageddon on them and they'll barely receive a scratch; yet sometimes a gentle breeze will cause a nuclear explosion on an enemy mech. Because you know that 3 damage did a critical hit on the enemy ammunition that blew up another ammo on the other side of the mech and then the pilot just gave up?!

Optimization is very mediocre and load times take forever, as usual with any games related to Paradox Interactive.

I wouldn't recommend this at full price by any means, but it's worth it when it's on sale

Monetization is abhorrent.
The game is 18€ yet the game experience is exactly that of a f2p game with extremely heavy handed freemium currency and hard to grind "Essence" that you can earn from games and use for everything except anything you'd actually want.

Things that cost real money in the game:
- Unit skins* (This is fine)

-=- Unit skins are for single units, and do not apply to that units upgrade tree, meaning you pay 10 bucks for a skin that won't show up after you upgrade that unit once. Oh but you can pay another 10 bucks to have another separate skin for that upgraded version of the unit. (This is not fine)

- Changing your username
- Setting a quirky one liner on your profile "Tagline"
- Creating a guild (40€)
- Joining a guild costs essence, which is the free currency you grind for in tiny amounts.
- There is a lootbox/gacha system in the game for cosmetics ontop of all the above

I can't recommend this game for literally anyone for the above reasons

The game itself is fine, the soundtrack is good and the voice acting is nice, the gameplay loop is somewhat engaging and the tower defense aspect is enjoyable. The basic principle is very close to that of Bloons: Battles.

But the outrageous monetization this game has is just a no-no. If you get the game for free then I recommend playing it, do not waste your money to get what is basically a f2p game

A very gory but beautiful 2D Pixel art, role reversal of classic dungeon crawlers.

Legend of keepers is an extremely fun and somewhat difficult strategy game with very little RNG in play. The most RNG you will encounter is what enemies will you face in the next battle? You can still see what tier and level the enemies will be and often you get to choose between 2 or 3 different battles with different difficulties, rewards and enemies.

The art of this game is absolutely majestic, extremely soothing to look at and wonderfully made, with most backgrounds having multiple beautiful dynamic elements.

The music of this game is pretty good, nothing special but nothing bad either, The voice acting however is top tier!

Certain elements in the game require your full attention while others can be very low maintenance, giving this little inequality of attention the game demands from you, if you have a very bad attention span you might not enjoy this game for extended periods.

The gameplay of Legend of Keepers is very repetitive but rewarding, if you do not enjoy repetitive games, you will not enjoy this game. If you are fine with somewhat repetitive gameplay, you'll have tons of fun coming up with formations and strategies to counter each of the many enemy types and their differing stats.

For most players, sticking to "short" game length is highly recommended, as setting the game on "long" does in fact make it VERY long, and due to the longer game length, enemies scale slower while your gold gains aren't much different, making the whole morale system in the game be less of a game mechanic and more of a cosmetic as you will be able to afford so many creatures you will never run out of cannon fodder to shove into both of the 2 combat rooms, which can easily make the late game feel sluggish and boring.

Overall, I would recommend trying this game, it will give you at least a dozen hours of enjoyment.

Only buy the DLCs after you've played the game for a few hours, they do not technically add anything different to the game, just more strategies and different ways to torment the humans with other types of bosses.

You can safely ignore the negative reviews telling you to go play transformed instead, As a fresh pair of eyes who had never before played either game before, playing both games has taught me one thing over everything: Both games are basically the same in functionality, both with their own ups and downs, and both games being worth a play. As a standalone game Team sonic racing is well worth your time and money, however since both games are pretty tight on features I would recommend waiting for a sale before purchasing either game.

The only valid reason to go play transformed instead of team sonic racing is if you have nostalgia for transformed. That's about it, if you've played transformed a lot before playing team sonic racing you won't enjoy TSR as much as you would had you not played transformed before. So If you've come to look for an arcade combat racing game you've found it. If you've come to look for sonic all-stars reformed. You're on the wrong page.

This game excels in team focused gameplay and promotes an extremely wholesome dynamic within each race, making every map and race feel individually fulfilling and different.

While the maps are visually incredible and have dynamic elements to their backgrounds, the dynamic elements are entirely cosmetic and do not impact the race in the slightest (there are hazards in some maps that do affect the race, but those are active at all times/starting from the 2nd lap, with no variation to their behaviour)

The pick-ups, weapons and powerups, or "Wisps" as the game calls them, compared to most other combat racing games can at times feel extremely underwhelming, and getting hit by them can feel very random and sometimes hard to tell what exactly you got hit by. But overall they are passable and some of them can be very fun to use.

The soundtrack in this game is absolutely marvelous and probably the single best thing about this game, It is incredibly pleasing to listen to and very enjoyable, however due to maps not having dynamic elements, each map's theme song can get pretty repetitive if you play the same maps over and over again as the only difference in map specific soundtracks is your team ultimate theme interrupting it and last lap speeding up the song.
